I have never been treated so well in any repair facility in my life. My wife and I and children and dogs were treated with utmost respect from the minute we came to this shop. After looking over the transmission, it was decided that the torque converter and transmission pump were in need of replacement. Mr. Johnson and Stan, the Service Manager, looked all over and found a transmission pump. My motor was running again by 5:00pm. I just want to say that I could not have been any luckier to find a place like Guaranteed Transmission Service to make the repairs. The Lafayette Chamber of Commerce should be very proud of Guaranteed Transmission Service; they are second to none in the transmission business.

If you are at a loss about what’s wrong with your transmission, take it to the best, Guaranteed Transmission.
Thanks to Clint, Ed, Donnie and Stan and whoever else was involved in finding and repairing the shifting problem on my car.
Most shops would immediately tear down the transmission but not them. By checking and scanning, rechecking and scanning they found two outside sensors bad. Now it shifts like the day it was new.
I’ve dealt with this company with different family vehicles almost from the day John Johnson opened for business over 20 years ago and have never been disappointed.
Thanks guys, you’re tops in my book.
